Shipping policy
When placing your BULL AND BEAR order, please note that all items are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Standard processing time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the product and order volume. Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Shipping Timelines:

Standard shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Expedited/Priority shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping estimates do not include fulfillment time.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track the status and estimated delivery date. Please note that BULL AND BEAR and Printful cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to possible courier delays beyond our control.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Please check around your property (porch, mailbox, side/back door, garage, etc.), and confirm with neighbors. If it's still not found within 2 hours, contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or DHL) for assistance. If they are unable to locate the package, reach out to us for support.
If you received a damaged item:
Please email us at bullandbear043@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll gladly work with Printful to issue a replacement at no additional cost.
