Return Policy

At Bull & Bear, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. While all of our products are made to order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy below for guidance on returns, exchanges, and order issues.

Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:

  • Please allow a few additional business days, as occasional delays can occur during shipping.
  • If tracking shows no updates or movement, contact us at bullandbear043@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll investigate promptly.
  • If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. Please note: we are unable to offer replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.


Returned to Sender


If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was not claimed:

  • We’ll notify you once it arrives back at our facility.
  • Returned orders will be held for 30 days at no additional charge.
  • To have the order reshipped, please confirm your correct address. Shipping fees will apply for reshipments.


To help prevent this, we encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping details at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Please email bullandbear043@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue and supporting photos within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)


As each product is made to order, we are currently unable to offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse or change of preference. We appreciate your understanding.


Incorrect Size Ordered

We understand that selecting the correct size online can be challenging.

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
  • As all items are custom made, you will be responsible for the production and shipping costs of the new item.
